The under 14 footballers played Bantry in the Semi-final stages of the league recently and recorded a good victory to qualify for the final against Ilen Rovers which was played last Monday evening. A physically stronger Ilen side ran out deserving winners even though Caheragh battled hard despite conceding some early goals. This team had a great year by qualifying for both the Championship and league finals in their first year in the B grade.
