Junior C final:

The Junior C footballers played O Donovan Rossa in the Championship final last Saturday evening in Castlehaven. Having dominated the first half they held a three point lead at the break and should have been further ahead. The concession of two second half goals gave Rossa’s the lead and with Caheragh kicking a few bad wides they lost on a scoreline of 3-5 to 1-7. Despite defeat this team had a great season and are still involved in the County league.
