The under 12 Hurlers completed their season on Monday night of last week when they played Kilmichael under lights in Aughaville in the league final. To qualify for the final they had won five out of  six league games and had a great season. In this final they came up against a strong Kilmichael side who had some very good hurlers. Despite this the team fought very hard in the first half and it was only just before half time that the visitors scored two goals to give them a valuable cushion which they held throughout the second half and ran out deserving winners. The Caheragh players can be very proud of their display and lost no honour in defeat.
